Azioni Urbane di Poesia /Urban Actions of Poetry

Poecity - Azioni Urbane di Poesia - è un progetto sorto a Prato nel 2015. Riunisce persone che condividono la passione per la disseminazione di parole poetiche sul territorio urbano come mezzo di sopravvivenza e convivialità. Poecity opera con eventi di letture condivise, incontri con autori, interventi di scrittura di poesia su strada.
A Contemporanea è presente quest’anno con Poecity Time, incursioni-letture a sorpresa di poesie d'autore ispirate al tema del crollo e ai suoi contrari, che avranno luogo in vari momenti del festival, prima o dopo gli eventi in programma. La lettura di poesie ad alta voce mette in dialogo le parole di poeti contemporanei con le emozioni generate dallo spettacolo e le voci sensibili dei lettori.

Poecity - Urban Actions of Poetry is a project born in Prato in 2015. It brings together people who share a passion for the dissemination of poetic words on the urban territory as a way of survival and conviviality. Poecity works with events of shared readings, meetings with authors, writings and poetry on the street.
In Contemporanea is present this year with Poecity Time, surprise readings inspired by the theme of the collapse and its opposites, which will take place ain different moments of the festival, before or after the scheduled events. The reading of poems aloud puts the words of contemporary poets in dialogue with the emotions generated by the show and the sensitive voices of readers.
