"The Recital" è un concerto per uno strumento: il corpo umano. Il solista incarna posizioni in accordo con una partitura sospesa nel silenzio, meditative. Posizioni sospese a mezz’aria come flusso di movimento nell’immaginazione dello spettatore… Il corpo rivela i suoi semplici misteri con grande potere evocativo. L’intensa trama grafica dell’insieme, l’attenzione data alle sagome e il risuonare della presenza dell’umorismo di Yasmine Hugonnet: muscoli agili, testa cancellata sul pavimento e capovolta a testa in giu, capelli multi funzionali… Appuntati al bianco del palco, i corpi si fanno valere e si dimenticano, finchè una voce si alza e ci parla dall’interno della pelle.

"The Recital" is a concert for an instrument: the human body. The solo artist embodies positions in accord with a score hanging in the silence, pondering. Positions are in a mid air in a vacuum as a stream of movement in the audience imagination… The body shows his simple mistery with a great evocative power. The strong graphic plot, the attention given to the profile and the resound of the humorism of Yasime Hugonnet: agile muscles, the head canceled on the floor and overturned, multi functional hair…. In the white of the stage, the bodies assert and are forgotten, until a voice talk us from the inner of the skin.
