La performance è un casting vero, un'audizione per attori amatoriali, aperto alla visione pubblico.
Il direttore del casting ha conosciuto e osservato gli attori amatoriali nella loro vita quotidiana, per poi poterli guidare in una performance che fa vedere il loro rapporto con la vita e l'arte scenica. Potrebbe sembrare un ritratto vivo. Il ritratto, infatti, rappresenta il volto reale di una persona. Chi lo guarda invece, può vedere ciò che c'è dietro questo volto.

The performance is a real casting, an audition for amateur-actors, which is opened to the look of the an audience.
The casting director has known and observed the amateur-actors in their daily lives, to be able to guide them through a performance, which shows their relation to life and the scenic arts. It might seem like a live-portrait. The portrait, in fact, represents the face of a real person. Who looks at it can see what is behind the face.
